Through the Metal Mold Centrifugal Casting Technique, we are able to produce heavy caliber seamless alloy steel tubes with smoother surface and lighter weight. The advantage of this technology, by applying the extremely high centrifugal forces the molten metal, is to allow close grain structure. The unidirectional chilling of the metal allows the material to undergo directional solidification which provides a cleansing effect and hence yields fewer impurities. In order to satisfy the varied and exacting demands of modern industry, we spent 50million on capital expenditure in 1995, This enables us to increase the length of the furnace to four meters. Four years later, the amount was further increased to 70million in order to boost the production capacity. Followed by the establishment of our research center and the stringent on site laboratory quality control during manufacture, within the framework of a formalized quality management system to ISO 9002, the company was awarded the QS9000 certified in 2002.
